Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers, partners, and local communities. Ensure drivers and field operations comply with company policies and operational standards. Take a hands‑on approach to resolve real‑time operational and field‑level challenges. Follow, implement, and help reinforce company SOPs and standard procedures. Work with a target‑driven mindset to achieve assigned growth and performance goals. Apply analytical thinking and strong attention to detail in daily operations and reporting.
