Job Description: • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, along with pastries and cookies. • Welcome customers, inform them about specials, and answer questions regarding the menu. • Maintain a clean and sanitized work station and seating area. • Operate coffee-making equipment and ensure the quality of every cup served. • Handle cash and POS transactions accurately. • Provide exceptional customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere for coffee lovers. Requirements: • Experience: Minimum 12 months of relevant experience is required. • Passion: Must be passionate about coffee and enjoy interacting with people. • Skills: Basic knowledge of brewing techniques and milk steaming. • Flexibility: Ability to work in 10-hour shifts on a rotational basis.
