Job Responsibilities * Identify and acquire new customers through field visits, phone calls, and online platforms. * Manage and follow up on online and offline leads to convert them into sales. * Present and explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers. * Maintain regular communication with existing customers to encourage repeat business. * Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues professionally and promptly. * Process customer orders, prepare necessary documentation, and coordinate delivery schedules. * Collect payments, confirm transactions, prepare invoices, and submit payment details to the Accounts Department. * Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales activities, transactions, and complaints. * Coordinate with internal departments, including Production, Accounts, Service, and Logistics, to ensure smooth operations. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support sales strategies. * Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and customer service reports. * Support promotional activities, marketing campaigns, and product launches when required. * Follow up on after-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction and customer retention. Requirements * A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. * Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is required. * Good typing skills in both Bengali and English are required. * Previous experience in Sales or Customer Support is mandatory. * Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills. * Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. * Familiarity with CRM software and digital tools will be an advantage. * Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism. * Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
