Key Responsibilities: • Develop and create precise patterns for various types of knit garments. • Perform pattern grading for different sizes while maintaining proper fit and style. • Collaborate with the design and sampling teams to interpret sketches and technical specifications. • Conduct fit sessions and make necessary adjustments to patterns to ensure superior garment quality. • Provide technical guidance to the production team to minimize fabric wastage and ensure efficiency. • Maintain updated pattern records and documentation for all styles. Qualifications & Requirements: • Experience: Proven experience as a Pattern Master in the knit garment industry (Experience with premium/fashion brands is highly preferred). • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of knit fabric behavior, pattern making, and grading techniques. • Attributes: High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under tight production deadlines.
