Requirements: • Minimum BBA in HRM or a relevant discipline. • Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law is mandatory. • Prior experience in a Spinning Factory is highly preferred. • Must have hands-on experience in Industrial Relations, Labour Management, and manpower planning & setup according to production requirements.
