Position Name: Lead Communication & Closing Specialist Company: NextTalk Comms Communications (FajrFiber LLC) Location: Bangladesh (Remote / Hybrid) Responsibilities: • Respond to inbound leads through WhatsApp, phone calls, and messages. • Call and follow up with potential clients in a timely and professional manner. • Understand business requirements and suggest suitable solutions. • Maintain structured follow-ups to ensure no lead is left behind. • Build trust and maintain strong relationships with prospects. • Convert leads into customers through effective and professional communication. • Represent the company as the frontline voice in client communication. Experience: • Candidates with experience in sales, tele-calling, customer handling, or deal closing will be given preference. • Previous experience in B2B communication will be considered a strong advantage. • Experience with business tools, VoIP, or technology-related services will be an added benefit. Qualifications & Requirements: • Excellent spoken communication skills in Bangla with basic English proficiency. • Must have a confident, persuasive, and well-mannered personality. • Ability to handle business conversations professionally. • Strong follow-up mindset is highly important. • Must be highly responsive, responsible, and proactive. • Candidates with previous experience in closing deals will be preferred.
