Experience 2 to 5 years The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Design/Printing/Publishing, Garments Accessories Additional Requirements Age 18 to 30 years প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা (Requirements): অভিজ্ঞতা: লেদার গুডস বা স্টেশনারি ম্যানুফ্যাকচারিং ফ্যাক্টরিতে এই ধরণের পণ্য (বক্স, ফাইল, ফোল্ডার) তৈরির ন্যূনতম ২-৩ বছরের বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে। মেশিন দক্ষতা: ইন্ডাস্ট্রিয়াল সিঙ্গেল নিডল এবং হেভি ডিউটি সুইং মেশিন পরিচালনায় অত্যন্ত পারদর্শী হতে হবে। কারিগরি জ্ঞান: প্রিমিয়াম বা কর্পোরেট লেভেলের পণ্য তৈরির ফিনিশিং সম্পর্কে সম্যক ধারণা থাকতে হবে। Responsibilities & Context কর্মস্থল (Job Location): মিরপুর-১, ব্লক-সি, রোড-৭, ঢাকা-১২১৬, বাংলাদেশ। চাকরির বিবরণ / মূল দায়িত্বসমূহ (Job Description): পণ্য তৈরি: লেদার বা সিনথেটিক লেদার দিয়ে উন্নত মানের সার্টিফিকেট হোল্ডার (Certificate Holder), বিল বুক (Bill Book), ফাইল অর্গানাইজার (File Organizer) এবং বিভিন্ন ধরণের লেদার বক্স (Leather Box) নিখুঁতভাবে সেলাই করা। সুইং ও স্টিচিং: ইন্ডাস্ট্রিয়াল সুইং মেশিন ব্যবহার করে পণ্যের বর্ডার, জয়েন্ট এবং পকেটগুলোতে সূক্ষ্ম ও মজবুত সেলাই নিশ্চিত করা। ফিনিশিং দক্ষতা: হার্ডবোর্ড বা ফোমের ওপর লেদার পেস্টিং করার পর তার ওপর দিয়ে নিখুঁতভাবে স্টিচিং এবং ফোল্ডিং এর কাজ করা। মান নিয়ন্ত্রণ: প্রতিটি পণ্যের ফিনিশিং এবং সেলাইয়ের গুণগত মান বজায় রাখা যেন কোনো রিজেকশন না হয়। টার্গেট পূরণ: সুপারভাইজারের দেওয়া দৈনিক প্রোডাকশন টার্গেট নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের মধ্যে শেষ করা। Compensation & Other Benefits বেতন: আলোচনা সাপেক্ষে (অভিজ্ঞতা ও দক্ষতার ভিত্তিতে)। সুযোগ-সুবিধা: উৎসব বোনাস এবং কোম্পানির নিয়ম অনুযায়ী অন্যান্য সুবিধা প্রদান করা হবে।
