Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and manage the garment production line efficiently. • Ensure daily production targets and high-quality standards are consistently met. • Guide, monitor, and support line supervisors and operators. • Minimize production wastage and resolve any line-related issues promptly. Requirements: • Experience: Proven and relevant experience as a Line Chief in the garments industry is strictly required. • Skills: Strong leadership, production management, and problem-solving skills. • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of garment manufacturing processes and quality control. • Traits: Must be proactive, responsible, and capable of managing a team under pressure.
