Key Responsibilities: • Monitor and supervise production line operations. • Ensure production targets are met according to daily and monthly plans. • Coordinate machine operators and production workers on the line. • Maintain product quality according to company specifications. • Monitor raw material usage and reduce production waste. • Identify and report equipment malfunctions or production issues. • Coordinate with maintenance teams for machine repairs and preventive maintenance. • Ensure compliance with workplace safety and environmental regulations. • Prepare daily production reports and maintain production records. • Train and guide production staff on operational procedures and safety practices. • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and efficiency. • Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness of the production area. • Carry out any other related assignments given by the top management.
