Position: Maintenance Engineer Vacancy: 05 Persons Job Location: Dakshin Salna, Ward #19, GCC, Joydevpur, Gazipur Job Type: Full-time Job Responsibilities: • Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of injection molding machines, high-speed machines, robotic systems, PET Blow machines, and air compressors • Maintenance of PET Preform Mould, PP Mould, Pump, Motor, Cooling Tower, and Electric Sub-station • Identify machine defects, perform cleaning, detailed inspection, and technical review • Conduct root-cause analysis and implement permanent solutions for technical problems • Prepare and implement regular maintenance schedules • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities • Prepare technical documentation, maintenance reports, spare parts lists, and other necessary records as required • Ensure smooth machine operation and reduce machine downtime • Coordinate with production and operation teams to ensure continuous production support • Must be able to work in Day/Night shifts Qualifications & Experience: • Diploma / B.Sc Engineering in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent • Minimum 10 years of practical experience in relevant maintenance work • Experience in plastic manufacturing, injection molding machine, PET Blow machine, and industrial machine maintenance will be preferred • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting • Must be responsible, hard-working, and able to work under pressure • Good communication and team coordination skills are required Required Skills: • Injection molding machine maintenance • PET Blow machine troubleshooting • Robotic system operation and maintenance • Pump, motor, compressor, and cooling tower maintenance • Electrical sub-station maintenance knowledge • Preventive and corrective maintenance • Root-cause analysis and permanent solution implementation • Maintenance planning and technical documentation
