Job Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced Manager – IE to lead industrial engineering operations. The ideal candidate will oversee capacity planning, productivity improvement, and process optimization for woven garments and jacket manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the IE department to optimize manufacturing processes. • Manage line balancing, capacity planning, and SMV analysis. • Drive productivity improvement and cost-reduction initiatives. • Mentor the IE team and ensure operational efficiency. Qualifications & Requirements: • Education: B.Sc. in Textile Engineering, IE, IPE, Apparel Manufacturing, or related discipline preferred. (Qualification relaxed for highly experienced candidates). • Experience: 3–10 years of relevant experience in Industrial Engineering within the RMG industry. • Skills: Hands-on expertise in Woven Garments and Jacket Manufacturing. • Traits: Strong analytical and leadership capabilities.
