Manager/Sr. Manager - Production Planning

A 100% export-oriented renowned home textile factory located in Tongi, Gazipur is offering an exciting opportunity for the position of Manager/Sr. Manager - Production Planning. This is a full-time role, ideal for experienced professionals from a woven background with at least 10 years of industry experience, including a minimum of 8 years in a similar post. The primary responsibilities include collecting monthly shipment plans from the Marketing & Operations Department, preparing daily and monthly cutting and production plans, arranging daily production meetings, and coordinating with all Production Managers and Supervisors. The role also involves updating daily reports on cutting, sewing, packing, shipment balance, WIP (work in process), inventory, and man working hours. Candidates should be capable of analyzing full production capacity, identifying input gaps, optimizing resource utilization, and implementing cost-saving initiatives. Proficiency in Lean & IE planning operations is essential, along with strong leadership, team management, and Microsoft Office skills. Educational qualifications include a BSc in Textile or IPE, or an MBA. The age limit for applicants is between 35 to 40 years, and only male candidates may apply.
