Job Responsibilities: • Identify potential recycling partners within assigned areas. • Visit businesses and introduce CleanBDX. • Explain our recyclable waste management and recycling partnership model. • Collect business and decision-maker information. • Convert qualified prospects into active partners. • Make daily calls and WhatsApp follow-ups. • Maintain regular communication with prospects. • Schedule meetings and field visits. • Understand customer requirements and objections. • Follow up until partnership confirmation. • Maintain accurate CRM records. • Develop new business opportunities. • Build long-term relationships with business owners and decision-makers. • Identify new recyclable waste sources. • Monitor competitor activities and market opportunities. • Achieve monthly partner acquisition and sales targets. Requirements: • Freshers can apply • Experience in Sales/Marketing/BD will be preferred • Good communication and negotiation skills. • Strong interest in sales and business development. • Comfortable with field visits and meeting business owners. • Ability to work with sales targets. • Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel and CRM is preferred. • Smartphone and internet access. • Positive attitude, discipline and strong follow-up ability. • Motorcycle/driving license will be an advantage for field-based roles.
