Job Type: Full Time-Remote Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development Identify and approach potential customers including businesses, startups, e-commerce companies, educational institutions, and professionals. Promote web hosting, domain registration, VPS, dedicated servers, cloud hosting and SSL certificates. Generate leads through direct visits, phone calls, email marketing, social media, and networking events. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations. Prepare quotations and proposals for prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Marketing Activities Execute digital and offline marketing campaigns. Manage lead generation activities through Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, and other platforms. Build partnerships with web developers, agencies, and IT consultants. Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and business networking events. Collect market intelligence and competitor information. Customer Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Provide basic consultation regarding hosting plans and website solutions. Follow up on inquiries and renewals. Coordinate with the technical support team to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in CRM systems. Requirements: Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply. 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing preferred. Experience in web hosting, IT services, software sales, ISP, or technology industry will be an advantage. Skills Required: Strong communication and presentation skills. Excellent negotiation and sales closing abilities. Basic understanding of web hosting, domains, websites, and cloud services. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
