Job Responsibilities: • Communicate directly with international clients via phone and online platforms to promote Japanese car exports. • Handle incoming email inquiries by sending stock lists and following up with potential buyers. • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through professional tele-sales techniques. • Provide comprehensive after-sales support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. • Assist the team in advertising, direct sales activities, and various promotional campaigns. • Contribute actively to achieving monthly sales targets set by the global management. • Conduct regular market research and stay updated on international trade policies. Requirements & Qualifications: • Applicants should have a degree in BBA, BA, B.Com, MBA, or Masters, with a preference for Marketing majors. • Candidates with 0 to 3 years of experience are welcome, and freshers are strongly encouraged to apply. • Proficiency in both spoken and written English is essential for communicating with global clients. • Basic computer skills, including MS Office and internet browsing, are strictly required. • Knowledge of digital marketing will be considered a significant advantage for this role. • Candidates must be self-motivated, professional, and capable of working effectively within a team.
