Job Responsibilities: • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive property sales. • Plan and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across online and offline channels. • Conduct timely and regular follow-ups with prospective clients. • Collaborate with the Director to align marketing initiatives with sales targets and lead generation objectives. • Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms. Experience: • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is required. • Experience in the Real Estate sector will be given preference. Qualifications & Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a reputed university. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel). • Basic knowledge of Meta Ads management.
