Job Summary: Innovative Solutions BD is seeking an experienced MCA (Merchant Cash Advance) Closer to manage high-value deals. This role is ideal for individuals who are target-driven and have a proven track record in closing sales with U.S. merchants. • Full-time (Night Shift - USA Business Hours) Key Responsibilities: • Effectively close MCA deals with U.S.-based merchants. • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure. • Maintain high conversion rates and achieve individual sales targets. • Build and nurture relationships with international clients. Qualifications & Requirements: • Experience: Proven experience as an MCA Closer is highly required. • Skills: Exceptional persuasion and negotiation abilities; fluent English speaking skills. • Traits: Self-motivated and target-driven. Salary & Benefits: • Salary: 15,000 – 20,000 BDT (Fixed) + Performance bonus up to 50,000+ BDT. • Benefits: Free dinner provided.
