(A Concern of Purbani Group) Location: Mouchak, Konabari, Gazipur, Bangladesh Position: Merchandiser / Sr. Merchandiser Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: • Manage product development, costing, and supplier coordination • Ensure quality, efficiency, and timely execution within factory operations • Work closely with internal teams and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow Key Responsibilities: • Understand design packs, including fabric selection, trims, and garment construction details • Coordinate sample development, including lab dips, strike-offs, proto samples, and fit samples • Prepare detailed cost sheets covering fabric, trims, CM, and commercial components • Negotiate with suppliers/factories to achieve target FOB prices while maintaining required quality standards • Analyze cost drivers and propose alternatives for cost optimization • Create and maintain tech packs, BOMs, and costing sheets in export-ready formats • Track development timelines and regularly update stakeholders on progress and potential risks Qualifications: • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering Experience: • 5–8 years of relevant experience • Experience in Garments, Textile, Buying House, or Group of Companies is required Additional Requirements: • Strong proficiency in Excel and costing tools • Prompt response and follow-up capabilities • Excellent negotiation, communication, and documentation skills • Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously Salary & Benefits: • Salary: Negotiable (based on experience and competency) • Festival bonuses and other benefits as per company policy How to Apply: • Interested candidates are requested to send their updated CV via WhatsApp • Text message only 📱 WhatsApp: 01625-950016 Application Deadline: • 04 April 2026
