Job Responsibilities: • Handle buyer communication and day-to-day merchandising activities. • Follow up on sample development, approvals and comments. • Prepare and follow up on costing and price negotiations. • Coordinate fabric, trims and accessories development. • Monitor TNA, production progress and shipment schedules. • Coordinate with factories and suppliers to ensure timely execution. • Identify potential production issues and take necessary corrective actions. Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in garment merchandising. • Strong experience in Woven, Denim & Knit products. • Good knowledge of product development, costing, sampling, order execution and production follow-up. • Strong understanding of fabric, trims, accessories and garment production processes. • Ability to coordinate effectively with buyers, suppliers, factories and internal teams. • Good communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • Good command of English communication and MS Office.
