Job Responsibilities: • Handle influencer communication and coordinate collaborations. • Manage and update all social media platforms. • Upload and schedule social media posts. • Attend indoor and outdoor photo/video shoots. • Assist models and the production team during shoots. • Collect, organize, and follow up on photos and videos from influencers. • Capture basic behind-the-scenes photos and videos when required. • Organize digital content by maintaining proper folders and backups. • Write engaging captions for social media posts. • Handle customer inquiries through calls, messages, and telesales. • Provide excellent customer support and assist with order management. • Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth daily operations. • Perform other office duties assigned by the company. Requirements: • Good knowledge of clothing brands, fashion trends, dresses, fabrics, and styling. • Basic skincare knowledge is a must. • Experience in influencer handling and social media management is preferred. • Strong communication and customer handling skills. • Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors. • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure. • Basic smartphone photography/videography skills are an advantage. • Positive attitude, responsibility, and willingness to learn.
