Job Summary: Nabir Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Bookkeeper and Administrator to manage day-to-day financial records and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, proficient in accounting and office management software, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Bookkeeping Duties: • Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, etc.) • Handle accounts payable and receivable • Prepare invoices, manage billing, and follow up on payments • Bank reconciliation and petty cash management • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports • Support external auditors with documentation during audits • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies Administrative Duties: • Manage office supplies and ensure inventory is well-stocked • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, mail) • Schedule meetings and appointments • Maintain employee records and assist with HR documentation • Coordinate with vendors and service providers • Assist in organizing company events or meetings • Support the management team with administrative tasks as needed Qualifications: • Proven experience in bookkeeping and administrative roles • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, Xero, etc.) • Strong organizational and time-management skills • High attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field Preferred: • Knowledge of local tax regulations and payroll processes • Experience working in a corporate or professional services environment
