Job Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain internal control systems to ensure compliance • Evaluate and improve compliance procedures continuously • Identify risks and non-compliance issues through regular reviews • Draft, update, and implement company policies • Coordinate with Legal and HR teams on regulatory compliance • Conduct compliance audits and investigations • Provide training on compliance standards and regulations • Address employee concerns regarding legal compliance • Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices • Prepare reports for management and regulatory authorities Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree, or related field • Master’s degree in any discipline (preferred) • PGD in Social Compliance will be an added advantage • Proven experience in compliance or a similar role • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of compliance management systems • Expertise in risk assessment and mitigation • 3–4 years in a relevant field • Experience in the Group of Companies / RMG Garments sector Benefits: • Supportive and growth-oriented work environment • Competitive salary and benefits package • Salary disbursement within 07 working days • Earned leave encashment • Annual salary review • 2 Festival Bonuses • Provident Fund (PF) facilities • Other benefits as per the Bangladesh EPZ Labor Law and company policy
