On-Site Testing

Responsibilities 1. Conduct multi-dimensional testing for APP and Web products, including functionality, performance, compatibility, and user experience. 2. Execute test cases and record results to ensure stable operation under local network conditions and device environments. Issue Reporting and Follow-up: 1. Identify and summarize issues and bugs encountered in real usage scenarios, and promptly communicate with domestic R&D and product teams. 2. Assist in analyzing root causes of issues and monitor the progress of fixes. Local Market Adaptation Verification: 1. Verify that UI, language, register processes, and location services comply with local user habits. 2. Collect user feedback and business suggestions to provide references for product optimization. 3. Competitive Product Research and Analysis: 4. Test and analyze the performance, user experience, and functionality of similar APP/Web products in the local market. Requirements: 1. Must be local in Bangladesh, familiar with local networks, devices, and user habits. 2. Experience in APP or Web testing (Internet product testing experience preferred). 3. Good command of English and Bengali; able to communicate remotely with domestic teams in English. 4. Proficient in testing on Android and PC browsers. 5. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to complete testing tasks and reports on time. 6. Experience in working with cross-border teams is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Familiarity with software testing methods and tools (Postman etc.) 2. Experience in testing e-commerce, social media, or payment products 3. Willingness to travel or perform field tests as needed
