We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Online Sales Executive to support our digital sales operations and brand growth. Position: Online Sales Executive Job Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, website, and other online platforms Convert customer queries into confirmed sales and achieve monthly sales targets Provide accurate product information including sizing, styling, pricing, and order details Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on fashion trends Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat purchases Maintain customer records and sales-related data accurately Requirements & Qualifications: Minimum HSC or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree will be an advantage) 1–2 years of experience in online sales or customer service (fashion industry preferred) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong negotiation and sales conversion ability Familiarity with social media platforms and online selling tools Basic computer, smartphone, and POS system knowledge Target-oriented, self-motivated, and customer-focused mindset Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays Passion for fashion with a good sense of styling and trends Strong time management, multitasking, and teamwork skills Skills & Competencies: Sales and negotiation skills Customer service excellence Fashion awareness and styling sense Time management and adaptability Positive attitude and professional behavior Benefits & Facilities: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Staff discount on clothing products Lunch allowance Two festival bonuses
