Job Responsibilities: • Manage and supervise daily restaurant and hotel operations. • Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operational activities. • Supervise staff, assign responsibilities and monitor performance. • Maintain high standards of customer service and service quality. • Ensure proper hygiene, safety and operational standards are maintained. • Coordinate with kitchen, service and other relevant teams. • Monitor staff attendance, discipline and daily activities. • Identify operational issues and take necessary corrective actions. • Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management. • Ensure compliance with company policies and management instructions. • Perform other duties as assigned by management. Requirements: • Previous experience in restaurant, hotel or hospitality operations. • Good understanding of operations management and team supervision. • Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. • Good knowledge of customer service and operational quality. • Responsible, organized and result oriented. • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
