Job Type: Full-time Responsibilities: Operate and ensure daily operation of injection molding machines, PET blow machines and air/gas compressors. Perform machine start-up and shutdown, raw material loading and production settings. Perform routine checks, preventive maintenance and report defects. Adhere to production quality and safety regulations. Coordinate with team members on shifts and follow SOPs. Qualifications and Experience: Secondary or equivalent degree/training preferred Minimum 5 years of practical work experience in injection, PET blow machines and compressor operations is mandatory. Familiarity with machine troubleshooting and basic maintenance is required. Punctuality, teamwork spirit and safety awareness are mandatory. Must be able to work overtime and shifts.
