Responsibilities: • Prepare and decorate pastries, cakes, desserts, and baked items • Ensure quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards • Develop creative pastry items as required • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pastry section • Monitor stock levels and assist in ingredient planning • Follow food safety and kitchen operating procedures Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role • Passionate and service-oriented mindset • Strong knowledge of pastry preparation and baking techniques • Creativity and attention to detail • Ability to maintain high quality under pressure • Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
