Job Responsibilities: • Connect with prospective patients through phone, WhatsApp & other channels • Understand patient needs and provide clear, accurate information • Nurture leads through consistent and personalized follow-ups • Build strong patient relationships and convert qualified leads into clients • Support walk-in patients and coordinate with the relevant team • Maintain CRM records, follow-ups and lead reports Requirements: • 2–3 years of experience in Customer Care, Tele Sales, Call Center, or a similar customer-facing role • Healthcare sector experience will be preferred • A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline • Strong Bangla & English communication skills, with professional telephone etiquette • Comfortable working with MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint Benefits: • Salary: Negotiable • Lunch Allowance • Two Festival Bonus
