জরুরি নিয়োগ বিজ্ঞপ্তি Alpha Fashion Limited-এ নতুন ফ্লোরের জন্য Planning Executive / Manager নিয়োগ দেওয়া হবে। কর্মস্থল: ঢাকা EPZ, ঢাকা দায়িত্বসমূহ: Production Planning ও Capacity Planning তৈরি করা। Buyer Order অনুযায়ী Production Schedule প্রস্তুত করা। Production Target ও Delivery Schedule মনিটর করা। বিভিন্ন Production Department-এর সঙ্গে সমন্বয় করা। Raw Material ও Production Capacity অনুযায়ী Planning করা। Daily Production Plan বনাম Actual Production বিশ্লেষণ করা। Production Delay ও Bottleneck চিহ্নিত করে সমাধানের উদ্যোগ নেওয়া। Management-কে Production Planning ও Progress Report প্রদান করা। Delivery Commitment অনুযায়ী Production Flow নিশ্চিত করা। যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা: Garments ও Washing Industry-তে Planning-এর বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে। Production Planning, Capacity Planning ও Order Management সম্পর্কে ভালো জ্ঞান থাকতে হবে। Analytical ও Coordination Skill থাকতে হবে।
