Location: [Ward 04, Sardagonj, Gazipur] Job Responsibilities: • Supervise printing (flexo/offset) and pasting section operations • Ensure correct color matching, print quality, and alignment • Monitor carton pasting/gluing quality and finishing • Control wastage and improve production efficiency • Manage operators and workers in printing & pasting section • Coordinate with production planning and quality team • Handle machine troubleshooting and basic maintenance • Ensure safety and compliance in the section Requirements: • 2–5 years experience in carton/packaging industry • Strong knowledge of printing (flexo) and pasting process • Good leadership and team management skills • Ability to work under pressure Education: • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree (Technical preferred) • Preference will be given candidates based on experience Salary & Benefits: Negotiable (based on experience) As per company policy Contact (Whatsapp) : 01829467030 Deadline: ASAP
