Work Schedule • Night Shift • Aligned with USA operations • On-Site Responsibilities • Review work quality and ensure output meets required standards • Prepare accurate estimations based on project requirements and specifications • Monitor quality control procedures and identify any errors or discrepancies • Coordinate with relevant teams to maintain quality and estimation accuracy • Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to QC and estimation work • Complete assigned tasks within deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency Requirements • Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset • Good communication and reporting skills • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Basic computer proficiency is required • Relevant experience will be considered an advantage • Freshers may also apply depending on qualifications • Due to the nature of the current shift structure, applications are open to male candidates only at this time Salary & Benefits • Salary ranges from BDT 30,000 for freshers to BDT 35,000+ for experienced candidates • Salary depends on qualifications and experience • Great work environment • Clear career growth opportunities • Supportive team culture
