About the Role We are seeking Recruitment Assistants to join our growing remote team based in Dhaka. This remote position is ideal for fresh graduates eager to gain exposure to international recruitment operations. You’ll contribute to candidate sourcing, coordination, and end-to-end recruitment support. Key Responsibilities • Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and professional networks. • Conduct initial screenings and shortlist qualified profiles based on role requirements. • Support in job posting, outreach messaging, and LinkedIn engagement. • Assist in scheduling interviews and managing communication with candidates. • Conduct industry and company research to support ongoing hiring needs. Requirements • Must be based in Dhaka (remote role). • Fluent in English – both spoken and written. • Strong command of LinkedIn for sourcing and communication. (MUST) • Fresh graduates are preferred to apply. • Basic proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
