Winners Courier Ltd., a reputed e-commerce-based courier service company, is hiring Regional Managers/Territory Managers for various locations including Rangpur, Dinajpur, Rajshahi, Jessore, Khulna, Barisal, Chittagong, Cox’s Bazar, Sylhet, and Mymensingh. This is a full-time on-site position with 03 vacancies, focused on managing and motivating a team of Area Managers, driving sales, establishing dealer/distributor networks, and ensuring top-tier customer service. The ideal candidate should be a graduate/postgraduate in any discipline with 3–5 years of experience in retail sales, distributor setup, team leadership, and FMCG sector operations. Strong skills in sales strategy, B2B/B2C management, Microsoft Word/Excel, and communication are essential. Experience in the software or technology industry will be considered a plus.
