Job Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the reservation team to ensure efficient booking operations and quality customer service. Lead, guide, and support reservation associates in handling bookings, inquiries, cancellations, modifications, and special requests. Monitor team performance, booking accuracy, response times, and customer satisfaction to ensure operational targets are achieved. Ensure all reservations are processed accurately and in accordance with company policies and established procedures. Handle complex reservation issues, booking discrepancies, customer complaints, and service escalations professionally. Coordinate with the front office, housekeeping, sales, and other relevant departments to ensure room availability and booking requirements are managed effectively. Monitor reservation systems and ensure guest information, booking records, payment status, and special requests are updated accurately. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports covering reservation volume, team productivity, booking accuracy, and customer feedback. Develop staff schedules, allocate workloads, and ensure adequate team coverage during operating hours. Train, coach, and mentor reservation team members to improve service quality, productivity, and professional communication. Ensure the team maintains updated information regarding room availability, rates, promotional offers, and reservation policies. Identify operational challenges and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and minimize booking errors. Coordinate with management to establish team objectives, monitor key performance indicators, and achieve departmental targets. Maintain confidentiality and ensure the proper handling of guest information and payment-related records. Promote teamwork, accountability, and a customer-focused working environment. Support management in implementing reservation strategies and improving the overall guest booking experience.
