Key Responsibilities: • Assist customers via phone, email, and chat to provide product information and close sales. • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. • Manage orders, returns, and provide excellent after-sales support. • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. • Develop and execute sales and digital marketing strategies. • Create engaging content to drive brand awareness. Qualifications & Requirements: • Education: BBA, Honours, or BA degree. • Core Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Knowledge: Strong understanding of Sales, Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Content Writing. • Preferred/Extra Advantage: Experience in Graphic Design, Video Editing, and creative content creation. • Attributes: Strong communication and people skills, organized, proactive, and goal-oriented. Experience in customer service or e-commerce is a plus.
