Job Responsibilities: • Generate sales and achieve monthly targets • Meet with prospective clients and provide project information • Arrange and conduct project site visits • Follow up on leads and maintain strong client relationships • Promote the company's housing and land projects effectively Requirements: • Bachelor's degree (Graduation completed) • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing • Experience in the Housing/Land Project sector will be an advantage • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills • Target-oriented with a positive attitude
