Executive – Sales & Marketing • Responsibilities: • Call customers and share product information. • Generate customers through hunting and planned activities. • Convince customers to visit the office. • Respond to incoming calls courteously and efficiently. • Identify and contact potential customers for new business opportunities. • Build customer relationships and ensure product sales (land, resort shares, real estate). • Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. • Skills in corporate marketing, client service, relationship marketing, real estate marketing. • 1–3 years of experience in real estate/developer companies preferred.
