Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description: • Lead, supervise, and guide the team of Sales Executives. • Monitor the sales pipeline regularly and provide detailed reports to top management. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key buyers and large RMG groups. • Handle bulk order negotiations, pricing, and detailed cost breakdowns. • Provide valuable market insights and trends to the China factory for product development. • Ensure smooth end-to-end order management (Sample → Production → Shipment → Payment). • Set realistic sales targets and provide training/mentoring to team members. Qualifications & Requirements: • Experience: Proven leadership experience in sales and marketing within the textile, fabric, or RMG sector. • Skills: Excellent leadership abilities, strong strategic planning, and expertise in handling large-scale B2B negotiations and supply chain coordination.
