Sales Assistant

Alu Saint FZE is currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our client engagement efforts. The role involves making initial contact with leads provided via phone, WhatsApp, and email, professionally introducing the company and its product offerings, and establishing trust with potential clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately collecting and recording client contact information, coordinating the handoff of qualified leads to the account manager, and maintaining detailed records of all interactions. Strong communication skills in English are essential, with knowledge of Arabic or other local languages considered a plus. Prior experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is preferred, along with familiarity with the UAE construction and building materials market.
