Duty Time: • 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Retail opening to closing) Weekly Holiday: • 1 day per week Salary: • Negotiable Job Responsibilities: • Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance. • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable beauty products. • Explain product features, benefits and usage to customers. • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to store sales performance. • Maintain proper product display and ensure the retail area is well-presented. • Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate product guidance. • Build positive relationships with customers and support repeat purchases. • Stay informed about available beauty products and their key features. • Support day-to-day retail operations as required. Requirements: • Good communication skills. • Customer-friendly and confident personality. • Strong interest in sales, customer service and beauty products. • Previous retail or sales experience will be an advantage. • Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
