Job Summary: BornoBelle is looking for a confident, dedicated, and fashion-oriented Female Sales Executive to join our clothing store. The ideal candidate should enjoy interacting with customers, have a polite personality, and be driven to meet sales targets. Key Responsibilities: • Greet and assist customers warmly in a professional manner. • Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable Pakistani and Indian outfits. • Promote new arrivals, ongoing offers, and best-selling products. • Maintain product displays, store cleanliness, and overall shop presentation. • Handle cash and payment transactions accurately. • Assist with stock arrangement and inventory counting when required. • Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat visits. • Handle customer queries and concerns with patience and care. Working Hours: • Standard Time: 10:30 AM – 08:30 PM (Shop open to close). • Eid Schedule: Extended hours as per mall timing during the Eid season. Requirements & Qualifications: • Education: Minimum SSC/HSC or equivalent. • Knowledge: Basic knowledge of Pakistani and Indian outfits is required. • Experience: Previous experience in clothing sales is a plus. • Skills: Good communication skills and a positive attitude. • Attributes: Must work with dedication, honesty, and integrity.
