Job Responsibilities • Manage and convert leads effectively • Provide in-depth information to prospective learners through phone, email, chat, and video calls • Counsel learners and parents regarding course offerings and enrolment processes • Identify references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline • Clearly communicate the Why, How, and What of courses to learners and their parents • Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets in terms of revenue and number of enrolments • Maintain effective communication with learners until they are successfully onboarded • Ensure learners feel comfortable and well-informed throughout the process • Maintain proper documentation in the CRM, including sales process tracking and data management Academic Qualification • Minimum Honours degree Experience Requirements • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience Additional Requirements • Proven track record of accountability • Passionate about improving education in Bangladesh • Comfortable communicating with students and parents • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Must be a team player with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Ideal Candidate Profile • Goal-oriented and self-motivated • Confident in handling learner and parent queries • Organized and capable of maintaining proper follow-up • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment • Professional, empathetic, and persuasive in communication
