Shipping Consultations: Provide expert guidance on rates, timelines, and logistics for USA-to-Anywhere shipments. Cargo Support: Handle all customer queries related to USA → Bangladesh cargo, explaining pricing and delivery processes. Coordination: Work with local pickup agents and drivers to ensure seamless service for customers. Client Management: Help customers generate shipping labels and ensure all documentation is accurate. Multi-Channel Support: Manage inquiries via WhatsApp, Messenger, and Live Chat with professionalism. Brand Engagement: Build trust and visibility by engaging with social media groups and providing accurate shipping information. You're the Right Fit If You: Are fluent in Bengali and English (written & spoken). Are results-driven with strong communication and follow-up skills. Are comfortable using WhatsApp, Messenger, and social media for business. Have a confident, pleasant, and clear speaking voice. Enjoy public relations and building long-term client relationships.
