Sales Executive/ Sr Sales Executive

Synapse International is hiring Sales Executives/Sr. Sales Executives (03 vacancies) for its Sales & Marketing division in Dhaka. Candidates must hold a B.Sc. in EEE, Biomedical, or any science-related subject with a science background up to HSC, and must have 2–3 years of proven experience specifically in sales and marketing of medical or surgical items/equipment—experience from other sectors will not be considered. Responsibilities include selling surgical gauze bandages, CSSD items, and orthopedic devices to both government (via tender) and private hospitals, achieving sales targets, market visits, doctor and client interactions, creating new business opportunities, and handling financial and delivery coordination. The role requires willingness to travel outside Dhaka for client visits and meetings. Salary is negotiable, and benefits include TA/DA, hotel and mobile allowances, sales incentives, yearly salary review, and festival bonuses as per company policy.
