Job Responsibilities: • Must manage sales behavior, cashier/POS/register reconciliation, staff schedule, kitchen coordination, display stock, labeling/date/expiry, hygiene, wastage control, customer complaints and daily online reports. • Process every sale through POS correctly and immediately. • Separate cash, card, mobile payment, aggregator, discount, refund, exchange, and expense correctly. • Count opening and closing cash, explain variance, and send report before leaving. • Support front sales staff with customer service, product knowledge, display, and upselling. • Keep bills, slips, voids, refunds, discounts, and manager overrides documented.
