Sample Quality Manager

Manage the sample quality inspection process from development to final approval Ensure that samples strictly follow buyer specifications and technical files Coordinate with merchandising, design, and production teams for sample execution Review measurement sheets, fabric swatches, trims, and construction details Identify and address quality issues in samples and suggest corrective actions Maintain detailed documentation of sample comments, approvals, and rejections Train and guide sample QC team to enhance performance and precision Liaise with buyers or buying house QA teams for sample inspections and approvals
