Position: Architect / Architectural Designer Job Type: Full Time Job Responsibilities: - Work on U.S.-based residential construction, remodeling, and home improvement projects - Prepare architectural and construction drawings as per project requirements - Develop permit-ready documentation for residential projects - Work with U.S. clients and industry professionals - Coordinate with internal teams and clients to understand project requirements - Prepare and revise drawings using Revit and AutoCAD - Support design development, drafting, and documentation activities - Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of project drawings - Maintain proper documentation and project files - Perform other tasks as assigned by the management Requirements: - B.Arch or Diploma in Architecture - Minimum 1 year of professional experience preferred - Strong working knowledge of Revit is required - Strong AutoCAD skills are required - SketchUp experience will be preferred - Experience with architectural and construction drawings - Experience with permit-ready documentation - Knowledge of U.S. residential architecture, remodeling, or home improvement will be an advantage - Good English communication and documentation skills - Freshers with relevant architectural internship experience may also apply - Must be detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines Educational Qualification: - Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) or Diploma in Architecture from any reputed institution Benefits: - Provident Fund with company and employee contribution - 10% annual salary increment based on performance - International exposure through U.S. real estate projects - Career growth and professional development opportunities - Opportunity to work with U.S. clients and industry profession
