Job Responsibilities: • Identify and acquire new B‑side clients including employers, factories, HR teams and manpower / recruitment agencies. • Perform frequent offline field cold visits to meet decision‑makers, conduct on‑site product demos and present our hiring solutions. • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Collect required client compliance documents (trade license, office photos etc.) and coordinate with internal teams for client audit before job post activation. • Maintain client relationships to drive client satisfaction and contract renewals. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to tailor solutions to actual client requirements. • Update client information, visit logs and sales pipeline in CRM on a daily basis. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related fields; relevant strong sales experience may compensate for education background. • 1-3 years of B2B field sales experience. Background in HR‑tech, recruitment, manpower agency or industrial sales is a plus. • Strong hunger for sales results; willing to conduct high‑volume offline cold field visits and develop business from zero ground. • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets. Resilient when facing customer rejections. • Excellent face‑to‑face communication, presentation and negotiation capabilities. • Hands‑on experience using CRM tools for daily sales tracking. • Existing local connections with factories, enterprises or manpower agencies in Bangladesh. • Past experience building new markets from scratch.
