Key Responsibilities: • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking and cold calling. • Present and sell land projects to prospective clients. • Schedule and facilitate site visits for interested buyers. • Maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients. • Assist in marketing activities and promotional events. Requirements: • Graduation from any discipline. • Proficiency in English and Bengali communication. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
