Job Responsibilities: • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets. • Identify new business opportunities in the hotel and resort sector. • Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and partners. • Promote hotel services including rooms, banquet, and event packages. • Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities. • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis. • Coordinate with operations team to ensure customer satisfaction. • Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and networking events. • Ensure brand positioning and visibility in the hospitality market. Requirements: • Minimum 2+ years of experience required (higher experience will be preferred). • Experience in Hotel & Resort industry will be given priority. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. • Good understanding of hospitality sales and marketing trends.
